DETAIL
High-Strength Metalworking Backbone

Precision Forging Parts & Secondary CNC Machining

Forging Parts & Machining refers to the manufacturing process where solid metal billets or ingots are heated to their plastic deformation temperature (hot forging) or kept at room temperature (cold forging), and then compressed under immense pressure using hammers or dies. This forces the metal to plastically deform into a specific shape while maintaining a continuous metal grain flow. Because forging eliminates internal voids, gas pockets, and porosity, it creates an exceptionally dense microstructure. Consequently, forged parts offer the highest impact resistance, fatigue strength, and structural integrity among all metalworking processes, earning them the reputation as the "backbone" of heavy industry.

At HERTZ PRECISION INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD, we combine closed-die forging technology with precision multi-axis CNC turning and milling. This integrated workflow ensures that every forged component delivers unmatched mechanical toughness alongside tight drawing tolerances for automotive, heavy equipment, and industrial applications.

Core Capabilities

Engineered for Maximum Mechanical Toughness

01

Hot & Cold Forging Options

Hot forging provides high material workability for complex heavy-duty components, while cold forging delivers near-net shape accuracy and superior surface smoothness for high-volume fasteners and shafting.

02

Continuous Metal Grain Alignment

Unlike machining from bar stock where grain lines are cut, forging realigns internal grain structures along the contour of the part, maximizing resistance to impact, sheer stress, and cyclic fatigue.

03

Zero Porosity & Dense Microstructure

Compressive force completely closes internal gas pockets and micro-voids, resulting in an exceptionally dense metallurgical structure capable of withstanding high pressures and heavy mechanical loads.

04

Secondary CNC Precision Machining

Forged blanks undergo secondary precision CNC turning, milling, and thread grinding to achieve tight tolerances on bearing seats, mounting faces, and critical fastener threads.
